Les activités du groupe BIOSYS ont pour but la compréhension de phénomènes biophysiques au sein de dispositifs microfluidiques ainsi que la valorisation, dans le domaine des sciences de la vie, de nouvelles technologies de nanofabrication.

Etude et optimisation de biodétecteurs optiques pour une haute sensibilité sous flux (plasmonique de nanostructures métalliques, et microcavités liquides).

Nous consacrons une partie de notre effort à développer des nouveaux procédés de micro- et nano-fabrication pour la microfluidique et l'optique:

Anne-Marie Haghiri-Gosnet et Dominique Decanini
Nanostructuration de matériaux biocompatibles sur de grandes surfaces (nanoimpression assistée UV avec moule souple, auto-assemblage de nanoparticules guidé par capillarité). Intégration de micro/nanostructures au sein de dispositifs fluidiques grâce à des techniques de scellement spécifiques.
