Magnetization reversal movie
Fig.: Magnetization reversal of an assembly of 10 µm x 10 µm ferromagnetic GaMnAs dots, defined by hydrogen passivation. The region outside the dots are passivated, paramagnetic GaMnAs. The movie is a series of snapshots, obtained by Kerr microscopy at 50 K. They were acquired after 5s magnetic field pulses of increasing intensities. The dots are not visible before reversal, since each snapshot was normalized with a reference image taken at saturation.
