Many optical analysis methods are available, from photoluminescence spectroscopy in a broad range of wavelengths, Raman scattering, or time resolved spectroscopy, to sophisticated near field microscopies. A diversified set of lasers is used throughout the laboratory. This large range of assessment tools allows the evaluation and qualification of materials and structures, and provides essential information necessary for any study of physics or of high-quality devices.
